75th World War II Victory Commemoration Flyover

May 6-11, 2020

On Friday, May 8, 2020, be part of history at the WWII Memorial as 24 historically sequenced warbird formations travel across our nation’s capital – from the Lincoln Memorial to the Capitol. The flyover will feature an assortment of nearly 100 warbirds representing the War’s major battles, from the Battle of Britain through the air assault on Japan and concluding with a missing man formation. The historical aircraft expected to participate include the P-40 Warhawk, P-39 Airacobra, P-38 Lightning, P-51 Mustang, P-47 Thunderbolt, F4U Corsair, B-25 Mitchell, B-17 Flying Fortress, Lancaster, Spitfire, Hurricane and many others.

With a maximum of 40 people our groups are just the right size. The smaller group size makes quicker embarking and disembarking and there are less hold-ups, meaning more time to explore with one of our Local Experts.

With smaller groups you have more time to enjoy the destination and to really get to know each other. Since our motor coach is designed with just 40 seats you have twice the leg room which allows you to stretch out and relax in real comfort. Plus, you will enjoy personal air-conditioning and free onboard WiFi.

Please note space is strictly limited for this custom MOAA group. The price below is land-only and includes meals as listed above.

$2,899 per person double occupancy

Should our group reach 30 or more passengers an optional dinner cruise will be added to our itinerary above on Day 3. This optional dinner cruise will be offered to everyone in the group at no additional charge.
